Guidelines for Poster Sessions

Poster Sessions of the CIS-RAM 2008 will be held at the foyer outside the Technical Session Rooms on Level 3.

You are requested to station around your poster during the poster viewing period. Please plan to post your poster 15 minutes before the starting time and remove it after your poster session.

Each presentation will be assigned a board labelled with a Reference Number (e.g., #1 for Poster WMP.1, WPP.1, TAP.1, etc).

Guidelines to assist you in preparing an informative and professional poster display:

  1. Download Poster Template and adhere to the format given when preparing the poster.
  2. Use the poster header and follow the font size in printing the title, author name(s) and affiliation(s).
  3. Use the suggested font size in printing sub-title(s), texts, figure captions and summary.
  4. You may select your own design layout, colors and content within the frame. Refer to the Poster Sample for reference.
  5. The poster size should be 594mm x 840mm (A1 size) and must be in the Portrait Orientation.
